Travel insurance:
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung. You can find more detailed information at: www.europäische.at.
Child discount:
ages 0 to 6: € 30.00 per child/night
ages 6 to 12: 50%
ages 12 to 15: 25%
Children aged 15 or older pay the adult price
Cot and extra bed on request! Prices for cots and extra beds are not included in the total price and must be paid separately during your stay.
Cancellations:
Up to 3 months before the holiday: no cancellation fee
3 months to 1 month before the holiday: 40%
1 month to 1 week before the holiday: 70%
in the last week before the holiday: 90%
Deposit by bank transfer of 30% of the total. Deposits will be withheld as a cancellation fee.
Surcharges:
For short stays and weekends we charge a surcharge of € 6.00.
Pets:
We do not allow pets.
Underground parking:
Underground parking is free of charge at the hotel and available to you from 2 pm on the day of arrival and until 11 am on the day of departure. We charge € 15.00 per day for parking outside of these times.
Check-in is available from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, rooms are available until 10:30 am. Late check-out is available on request and subject to availability; additional charges may apply.
We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs and other pets cannot be accommodated.
Arrival is possible until 11:00 pm. If you are arriving later, we recommend contacting the hotel in advance to arrange your arrival.

Hotel Eldorado offers an ideal location for a skiing holiday in Ischgl. The mountain lift is about a 5-minute walk away, providing quick access to the ski area. Ski-in & ski-out means short distances and a particularly convenient start to your day on the slopes. Depending on snow conditions and the current situation, it may also be possible to ski back to the vicinity of the hotel.
